Mobile AXS tickets (formerly Flash Seats) will be transferred to the email address on your order by the seller from their AXS account. AXS is the issuer of the tickets for the event. You will need to create an AXS account with the same email address on your SI Tickets order to accept the transfer.
SI Tickets will notify you via email when your tickets have been transferred by the seller. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive from AXS to ensure you have access to your tickets.
Additionally, you will need to download the AXS mobile application, or log into your AXS account from a mobile browser in order to access your Mobile AXS from your mobile device. Mobile AXS tickets must be presented on a mobile device with iOS or Android in order to gain entry to the event.
