Delivery Status

SI Tix Orders have one of three (3) delivery statuses: 

  1. UNSHIPPED: tickets have not been sent by the seller
  2. SHIPPED: tickets have been sent by the seller
  3. DELIVERED: tickets have been delivered

Tickets should ship by the provided Expected Ship By Date. To view the delivery status of your order please locate your order in your SI Tix AccountIf you purchased tickets on the day of the event, please be sure to give the seller some time to deliver your tickets. SI Tix guarantees that tickets will be delivered in time for your event.
