The Expected Ship By Date is the date that SI Tickets expects the seller to send the tickets.
Will Call & Guest List Delivery
There is no Expected Ship By Date provided for tickets that will be delivered via Guest List or Will Call delivery. Tickets available for Will Call delivery will be available for pickup at the Venue’s box office on the day of the event, typically no earlier than 1 hour before show time. Customers who purchased tickets that are Guest List delivery will gain entry to the venue on the day of the event when the doors for the event open, and once they have checked in with the Venue Host.
E-Ticket & Mobile PDF Delivery
If tickets are delivered as a PDF, either E-Tickets or a Mobile PDF, your tickets will be available for download from your SI Tickets account as soon as you receive an email confirmation from us that the tickets have been shipped.
If tickets are delivered via FedEx, you can start tracking your shipment once SI Tickets sends you confirmation that the tickets have shipped. Once the tickets have shipped, FedEx delivery times will vary depending on the Service Type used. Service Types may vary.
Mobile Transfer & Mobile AXS
If tickets are transferred to you, please check your inbox for an email from the issuer of the tickets (TicketMaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.) once SI Tickets has notified you that your tickets were transferred. You will need to follow the instructions in the email from the issuer in order to accept the ticket transfer to view and access your Mobile tickets.
If you purchased tickets on the day of the event, please be sure to give the seller some time to send your tickets. SI Tickets guarantees that tickets will be delivered in time for your event.
