All domestic FedEx shipments require an Indirect Signature. This means that FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address (either from a resident, a building manager, a doorman, or someone at a neighboring address).
If you are not going to be home to sign for the package, you can leave a signed note on the front door of your residence authorizing FedEx to release of the package without anyone present.
SI Tickets is not responsible for any shipments that are lost as a result of you providing FedEx authorization to release the package without anyone present.
FedEx will make a total of three (3) delivery attempts before a package is Returned to the Sender.
