FedEx Delivery

Tickets on SI Tix displaying a FedEx delivery option are physical tickets that require shipment. Physical tickets may include traditional Hard Stock tickets, RFID Wristbands, or in some instances they could be printed E-Tickets. 

All physical tickets should be treated like cash. They should be kept in a secure location, away from water and heat. There is no guarantee that, if tickets are damaged or lost, physical tickets can be reissued.

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Please be sure to provide an accurate and valid physical shipping address for tickets that offer FedEx delivery option.

Available FedEx delivery options will vary based on the shipping address (domestic or international) and how far away the event date is. FedEx Service types may vary. There is a Delivery Fee associated with orders that require FedEx shipment. 

Domestic FedEx Options

Service types may include: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight.

International FedEx Options

Service types may include: FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Express.

      • FedEx International

FedEx tickets should ship by the listed Expected Ship By Date. SI Tix will notify you via email when your tickets have shipped. You can also check the Delivery Status of your ticket order in your SI Tix Account.

FedEx will make a total of three (3) delivery attempts before a package is Returned to Sender. All domestic FedEx shipments require an Indirect Signature
