SI Tickets supports the following delivery methods:

- FedEx: Tickets will ship via FedEx. An indirect signature may be required. Service types may vary.
- E-Ticket: E-Tickets are available to download (PDF) and must be printed in order to gain entry to the event.
- Mobile PDF: Tickets are available to download (PDF). A mobile device with iOS or Android is required to view the tickets and gain entry to the event.
- Mobile Transfer: Tickets will be transferred to the email address on your order. An account will need to be created with the issuer of the tickets to access the tickets. A mobile device with iOS or Android is required to view the tickets and gain entry to the event.
- Mobile AXS: Tickets will be transferred to the email address on your order. An AXS account will need to be created to access the tickets. A mobile device with iOS or Android is required to view the tickets and gain entry to the event.
- Will Call: Tickets are available for pickup at the venues box office on the day of the event. A photo ID is required.
- Guest List: Customers will gain access to the event by providing their full name and a Photo ID at the Venue.
FedEx deliveries are subject to a Delivery Fee. Delivery Status updates will be communicated via email to the email address on your account. The Delivery Status will also display on your ticket order in your SI Tickets Account.
If you need to update your shipping address, email address, or the name on your order for delivery purposes, please contact support. Updating this information in your SI Tickets Account will not update the shipping details on any existing orders.
