The issuer of the tickets (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.) determines the format of tickets for an event (E-Ticket, Mobile Ticket, Wristbands, etc.). Since SI Tickets is a ticket resale marketplace and tickets are listed by ticket sellers, it is not possible for SI Tickets to accommodate customer requests to change the delivery method of an order.
The Delivery Method of an Order may change when:
- Sellers on SI Tickets may opt to deliver tickets via Mobile Transfer regardless of the original delivery method provided. This is because Mobile Transfer is a safe format (contactless delivery and entry) and ensures that the person who has accepted the ticket transfer is the only person with access to those tickets.
- The issuer of the tickets may change what formats are available for an event.
If your delivery method changes from FedEx to any other delivery method, you are eligible to receive a refund on your Delivery Fees.
