Mobile Transfer tickets will be transferred from the seller to the email address on your order. SI Tickets will notify you via email when your tickets have been transferred. You will also receive one or more emails from the issuer of the tickets (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.) with instructions on how to accept the transfer and access your Mobile tickets.
You will need to create an account with the issuer of the tickets in order to accept the transfer.
All Mobile tickets must be presented on a mobile device with iOS or Android in order to gain entry to the event.
