The SI Tickets Wallet & Promotional Credit

The SI Tickets Wallet allows fans to use Promotional Credit issued by SI Tickets. Fans can use this Promotional Credit on the Site towards a purchase for Secondary Ticket Sales and Postseason Ticket Reservations or a combination of both. 

PLEASE NOTE: Promotional Credit cannot be used towards a purchase of Primary Tickets, tickets for events created by Event Clients using Box Office by SI Tickets. 

View your SI Tickets Wallet Balance by navigating to your SI Tickets Account. Select on Profile or Payment Methods to view your SI Tickets Wallet Balance. 

If you have Promotional Credit available in your SI Tickets Wallet, you will have the option to apply this Promotional Credit towards a secondary ticket purchase or reservation purchase during checkout. You will see this option in the Payment step during checkout. If you have funds available, the option to apply your Promotional Credit will be selected by default. If you do not wish to use your Promotional Credit towards your purchase, simply uncheck the box to Apply the Promotional Credit. 

Fans can either use all or none of their Promotional Credit towards an eligible purchase (the amount of Promotional Credit you wish to use cannot be adjusted). If you do not have enough Promotional Credit to pay the full amount of your purchase, you can select a Payment Method to pay the remaining balance. 

Promotional Credit expires after 12 months from the date it was issued. Promotional Credit is like cash and can be applied to the full balance of an eligible purchase including any Taxes, Delivery Fees and Transaction Fees. Promotional Credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions on SI Tickets.

Promotional Credit issued by SI Tickets can only be used on the Site. It cannot be withdrawn or deposited into any linked Payment Accounts in your SI Tickets account.
