Refunds & Event Changes

Can I cancel or receive a refund for my order?

Once an order is placed, we're not able to cancel or change it. This includes refunds, exchanges, modifications, or ticket upgrades. All ticket purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

What happens if my event is canceled?

If an event is officially canceled, Sports Illustrated Tickets will notify you by email. We also recommend checking directly with the venue for the most current event updates.

When an event is canceled:

  • Your order will be automatically canceled.
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date you receive the cancellation notice.
  • After processing, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Additional details:

  • If physical tickets (such as hard-stock tickets or wristbands) were delivered, they may need to be returned before a refund can be completed. You will receive instructions if this is required.
  • In some cases, mobile tickets that were transferred to you may need to be transferred back to the original purchaser. If applicable, you will be notified by email.

What happens if my event is rescheduled?

If your event is rescheduled, Sports Illustrated Tickets will notify you by email.

  • Your order will remain valid and active.
  • Your tickets will be honored and valid for the new event date.
  • Orders cannot be canceled due to a reschedule.

If you have already received your tickets, no action is needed—they will work for the rescheduled date.
If tickets have not yet been delivered, the originally provided Expected Ship By Date may change.

What happens if my event is postponed?

If an event is postponed without a new date announced, Sports Illustrated Tickets will notify you by email.

  • Your order will remain active.
  • Your tickets will be valid once a new date is confirmed.

If tickets have already been delivered, you do not need to take any action.
If delivery has not yet occurred, the Expected Ship By Date may be adjusted.

Postponement Protection

If an event is postponed and no new date is announced within 30 days of the postponement notice, you may request an order cancellation.

To submit a request:

  • Email support@sitickets.com after the 30 days have passed.
  • If a new date is announced before your request is reviewed, Sports Illustrated Tickets will determine eligibility at its discretion.

If your cancellation request is approved and the tickets have already been delivered:

  • The tickets must be returned before a refund can be issued.
  • The Sports Illustrated Tickets support team will provide return instructions.
