If you’re having trouble locating your tickets, here are a few steps to help you find them quickly:
Check your email
- Look for a transfer email from the seller or third-party issuer, which in this case is Paciolan.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.
- Search your email for keywords like: Paciolan, accepted, transfer, forwarded you, send you a ticket, send you a ticket, event name, and venue name. (There are some instances where the tickets issued through Paciolan can only be found by using these specific keywords.)
Open the transfer email and accept (for your reference, you may see the attached image)
- Open the Paciolan transfer message and click the Accept Transfer (or similar) button/link.
- Follow any on-screen prompts — this usually confirms the transfer to your Paciolan account
Use the same email address
- Make sure you create or log in to Paciolan with the same email address that’s on your Sports Illustrated Tickets order or the one you used to accept the ticket transfer.
Note: Kindly double-check the email address that is logged in to your email domain (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com) before accepting the ticket transfer. Once you accept the transfer, the tickets will automatically appear under the email address you used.
Go to Paciolan/ Transfer email for the link
- Check the transfer link that was sent to see if there’s an option for you to log in or create an account. You may also go to paciolan.com and locate the “PAC Community”
Sign in and find your tickets
- After signing in, go to My Account (or tap the profile/menu icon in the link/website).
- Select My Tickets (or My Events / My Orders on the website) to view accepted/owned tickets.
If you don’t see the transfer/ Tickets
- Log out of your Paciolan account, then log back in.
- Copy and paste the transfer link you received into your web browser (preferably Google Chrome).
- Clear your cache, browsing history, and cookies.
- Disconnect and reconnect to your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
