- Open the app and log in using the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
- If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one using that same email.
3. Check email
In some cases, sellers deliver tickets through a ticket transfer. If your tickets don’t appear in the MLB Ballpark App, please check your email inbox and spam folder for the ticket transfer email.
Try searching your inbox (including spam or promotions folders) using any of the following keywords:
- Your team’s name (e.g., Mets, White Sox)
- The event Venue (e.g, Citi Field, Rate Field)
- “Accept Tickets”
- “Transfer You”
- “Wants to Send You”
4. View Your Tickets
Once logged in, tap “Tickets” to see your available tickets.
