SI Tickets will notify you via email if your event has been Rescheduled.
If your event has been Rescheduled, and is scheduled to occur on a date that is different than the original event date on your order, your Order is still active and the tickets you purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. The order cannot be cancelled.
If you have already received tickets you do not need to take any action and the tickets you have received will be valid for the event on the rescheduled date.
If you have not yet received tickets for your event, please note that the Expected Ship By Date previously provided may be impacted by the change to the event schedule.
