SI Tickets will notify you via email if your event has been Postponed.
If your event has been Postponed, and no rescheduled date has been announced, your Order is still active and the tickets you purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you have already received tickets, you do not need to take any action and the tickets you received will be valid for the event on the rescheduled date. If you have not yet received tickets for your event, please note that the Expected Ship By Date previously provided may be impacted by the change to the event schedule.
SI Tickets will notify you again via email once the event has been Rescheduled.
If no rescheduled date has been announced after 30 days of SI Tickets notifying you of the event postponement, you can submit a request to SI Tickets to cancel your Ticket Order.
If you would like to request Order Cancellation due to an event being postponed without a rescheduled date and more than 30 days has passed since the postponement was announced, please submit your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the request is received after a rescheduled date has been announced, SI Tickets will determine in its sole discretion whether a cancellation request will be processed.
If tickets were already delivered for your order, and a cancellation request has been approved by SI Tickets, the tickets you have received for the order will need to be sent back to SI Tickets before a refund can be processed. The SI Tickets support team will provide you with instructions on how to return tickets in the event that this is necessary.
