Once a team makes the postseason game, fans who own a PSL for that team and that game will have the option to buy the tickets at the Ticket Price disclosed on the initial PSL purchase.
A 10% Fulfillment Fee will apply to PSL Ticket Purchases, which will be charged in addition to the Ticket Price.
SI Tickets will notify fans about the option to purchase the tickets via email. This email will include a timeframe by which fans can proceed with the ticket purchase. SI Tickets requires a decision within this specified timeframe in order to guarantee delivery prior to the event.
**Fans who do not purchase tickets within the specified timeframe forfeit their right to buy tickets for the event**
Tickets are guaranteed to be located within the Seating Zone selected on the initial PSL order and are typically delivered within 24 hours of the game. Tickets are not guaranteed to be located on the side of the venue associated with the team.
SI Tickets guarantees that up to two (2) tickets will be seated next to one another. The exact seat location of the tickets will be provided only once the ticket(s) have shipped.
The delivery method of the tickets may vary. If the tickets are issued as Mobile Tickets, a mobile device will be required with iOS or Android in order to access the Mobile Tickets. If the tickets are available for Pick-up at a location near the venue, a Photo ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets (if applicable) will be required in order to pick-up the tickets. If the tickets are available for FedEx Delivery an indirect signature will be required. FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. SI Tickets will reach out to fans via email if any additional information is required in order to deliver the tickets associated with a PSL Order.
Once you receive your tickets you can gift or sell your tickets to anyone else.
