If the tickets you received are different from the tickets you ordered but are in a comparable or better location than the tickets you ordered, the tickets you have in your possession are the tickets intended to fulfill your order. If you are concerned that the tickets you received are not comparable or better, please contact support.
SI Tix will determine at its sole discretion if the tickets you received are “comparable or better” based on price, quality, availability and other factors.
If it is confirmed by SI Tix that the tickets you received are not comparable or better than the tickets you ordered, SI Tix will contact the seller to resolve the issue or SI Tix will find you comparable tickets for the event. You may need to return any tickets you received before new tickets will be sent to you. SI Tix will provide you with a prepaid shipping label if this is necessary.
If it is confirmed by SI Tix that the tickets you received are not comparable or better than the tickets you ordered, and the issue cannot be resolved with the seller and if comparable or better tickets cannot be obtained prior to the event SI Tix will provide you with a full refund to the original payment method.
