SI Tickets will notify you via email when a ticket transfer was initiated by the seller for Mobile AXS and Mobile Transfer tickets. You will also receive one or more emails from the issuer of the tickets (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.) providing you with instructions on how to accept and access your Mobile Tickets.
Please follow all of the instructions in the email from the issuer of the tickets to ensure that you have properly accepted the Mobile Transfer from the seller. You will be required to create an account with the issuer of the tickets to accept the transfer.
If you cannot locate the email(s) from the issuer, please search your inbox using keywords including:
- “Accept”
- “Transfer”
- “Forwarded you”
- “Sent you”
- “(Event_Name)”
- “(Artists_Name)”
- “(Team_Name”
- “(Venue_Name)”
Please also check your junk, spam and deleted items folder for these emails if you are unable to immediately locate them.
