For Mobile Transfer and Mobile AXS delivery, please be certain that the email address associated with your account is accurate, valid, and able to receive emails. The transfer email initiated by seller from the issuer of the tickets must be accessed in order for you to accept the ticket transfer.
In the event that you are not able to locate your ticket transfer email, please contact support. SI Tix will contact the seller to see if they are able to retransfer the tickets. If the seller confirms they are able to retransfer the tickets and if SI Tix confirms that the initial transfer was completed successfully (to the email address provided at checkout) SI Tix may charge you a Retransfer Fee. SI Tix does not guarantee that tickets can be retransferred.
