If an event is officially canceled, Sports Illustrated Tickets will notify you by email. We also recommend checking directly with the venue for the most current event updates.
When an event is canceled:
- Your order will be automatically canceled.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date you receive the cancellation notice.
- After processing, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Additional details:
If physical tickets (such as hard-stock tickets or wristbands) were delivered, they may need to be returned before a refund can be completed. You will receive instructions if this is required.
In some cases, mobile tickets that were transferred to you may need to be transferred back to the original purchaser. If applicable, you will be notified by email.
