Creating an Account and Events on Box Office are free, however we charge fees when you sell tickets. Collectively these fees are referred to as the SI TIckets Fees. SI Tickets will issue you payment for each ticket that successfully sells on the Site, minus the sum of the SI Tickets Fees described below. PLEASE NOTE: Current rates are published here and may be updated from time to time.
You are responsible for all fees and taxes arising from your use of Box Office.

Transaction Fee. As the marketplace facilitator, SI Tickets retains a transaction fee for each transaction that successfully processes on the Site for Your SI Tickets Box Office Event(s).
SUPER TICKET™ Fee. As the creator of the digital tickets issued for Your SI Tickets Box Office Events, we retain a ticket fee for the generation and support of the electronic tickets created using the Services.
Standard Merchant Processing Fee. SI Tickets charges a standard per transaction merchant processing fee to cover the cost of processing the transaction with SI Tickets Merchant Partner.
These are our current standard fees. These fees may change at any time at the sole discretion of SI Tickets. If you are impacted by a material change to our fees SI Tickets will notify you via email associated with your Box Office Account.
