Many events have been cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. SI Tickets will notify you via email if your event is Postponed or Rescheduled or if the status of your ticket order has changed.
If you have purchased tickets for an event that has been Cancelled for any reason - including due to COVID-19 health concerns - your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used to make your purchase within 30 days of your receipt of the Order Cancellation notification.
Refunds typically take 3 - 5 business days to clear and post on your payment account. If you have questions about your Order Status or if your order was cancelled and you have questions about your refund, please contact support.
If traditional hard-stock tickets or festival wristbands were shipped to you, these physical tickets may need to be returned to the seller in order to obtain a refund. SI Tickets will notify you via email if this is necessary. Please be sure to hold onto any physical tickets you have received, until you are advised by SI Tickets that they can be discarded.
Reduced Capacity Events
Many venues are responding to COVID-19 health concerns by reducing the venue capacity for Live Events. As such, event organizers may cancel existing ticket orders to meet capacity reductions. If capacity is reduced and as a result the tickets you purchased on SI Tickets have been cancelled, SI Tickets will provide a full refund to the original payment method used to make your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the Order Cancellation email notification.
Postponed & Rescheduled Events
If your event has been Postponed (no rescheduled date has been announced) or Rescheduled the tickets you purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you have already received tickets, you do not need to take any action and the tickets you have received will be valid for the event on the rescheduled date. If you have not yet received tickets for your event, please note that the Expected Ship By Date previously provided to you may be impacted by the postponement.
COVID-19 Safety Measures
While many venues have reduced venue capacity to curb the spread of COVID-19, most venues are also taking additional safety measures to ensure the safety of performers, athletes, venue staff, and patrons. Some measures venues have taken include, but are not limited to:
- Face Mask requirements
- Temperature Checks
- Contact Tracing
- Negative COVID-19 Test Results
- COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements
The venue reserves the right to restrict access to an event in accordance with their policies. SI Tickets is not responsible if you are unable to attend the event due to health concerns or illness, if you are not allowed entry to an event due to your failure to abide by venues policies and safety measures, or if the venue removes you from the event as a result of their policies not being followed. If you are not feeling well, please consider gifting or selling your tickets.
If you have any questions about health and safety measures put into place to curb the spread of COVID-19 for your event, please contact the venue directly or contact support.
