Selling Reservations

Fans who have bought reservations can list their reservations for sale on SI Tix. Fans can adjust the Reservation Price for any reservations listings put up for sale. The Ticket Price is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

SI Tix retains a 15% Fee if the reservations sell. All proceeds for a reservation sale will be deposited into your SI Tix Wallet

Listing Your Reservations for Sale
Follow these instructions to list your reservations for sale:

  1. Locate the Reservation Order that you wish to list for sale on SI Tix. Reservations Orders can be located in your SI Tix Account > Postseason Reservations > Orders tab
  2. Select the blue List for Sale button located on the bottom left of your Reservations Order. 
  3. In the pop-up module, input the quantity of reservations that you wish to list for sale and adjust the Price per Reservation.
  4. Select the List For Sale button to list the inventory on the SI Tix Reservations Marketplace.

The Reservations Listing will go up for sale on the SI Tix Reservations Marketplace and it will display in your Reservations Listings page in your SI Tix Account, where you can manage your Reservations listing (SI Tix Account > Postseason Reservations > Listings tab). 

Editing Your Reservation Listings
Follow these instructions to edit your reservation listings: 

  1. Locate the Reservations Listing that you wish to Edit. Reservations Listings can be located in your SI Tix Account > Postseason Reservations > Listings tab.
  2. Select the blue Edit Listing button located on the bottom left of your Reservations Listing.
  3. In the pop-up module, you can adjust the Price for the Reservations Listing. 
  4. Select the Update Listing button on the pop-up module to update the price of the listing.

To edit the quantity of reservations that you have listed for sale, you must delete the listing and then re-list the reservations in the desired quantity. 

Deleting Your Reservation Listings 
Follow these instructions to delete your reservation listings: 

  1. Locate the listing that you wish to delete. Listings can be located in your SI Tix Account > Postseason Reservations > Listings tab.
  2. Select the blue Cancel Listing button located on the bottom left of your Reservations Listing. 

Once the listing has been deleted, you will receive an email confirmation from SI Tix that the listing has been deleted, and it will no longer be listed for sale on the SI Tix Reservations Marketplace.

Reservation(s) Sold: 
Once you have sold part or all of your reservation listing, SI Tix will notify you via email confirming the sale. The email confirmation will include all details about the sale, including the Event Information, Quantity Sold, Seating Zone, Sale Price, SI Tix fee, and your Net Profit.  SI Tix retains a 15% fee of the final sale price. 

The Net Profit will be deposited into your SI Tix Wallet. Wallet Funds can be withdrawn from your SI Tix Account to your PayPal account, or it can be used towards another Reservations purchase (coming soon).

Fans can view the details of Reservation Sales in My Account > Postseaon Reservations > Sales page.  For more information about selling Postseason Ticket Reservations, please don’t hesitate to contact support.

Market Status
Fans have the opportunity to sell reservations if the reservation event is active. SI Tix closes the market for each reservation event when either the team has made the game or when the team has been eliminated. Once the market for a reservation event has closed, all reservation listings including reservations listed by fans will be removed from SI Tix.
